VSE SVOI TECH, LLC | VSE SVOI mobile application and related services

Agreement and Operator

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the VSE SVOI mobile application, website features and related services (the "Services") operated by VSE SVOI TECH, LLC ("VSE SVOI," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy at https://vsesvoi.com/privacypolicy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and provide accurate account and eligibility information. Nightlife events may impose a minimum age of 21 or higher according to venue or local law. You agree not to create an account for another person without authorization, impersonate someone else, circumvent verification, or use someone else’s account.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials and access to your device secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account was accessed without permission. We may require identity or liveness checks to maintain account integrity.

Nature of the Service; No Guarantees

VSE SVOI offers tools for social discovery, dating, friendship, networking and community events. Profiles, compatibility suggestions, matches, likes, messages, invitations and event listings are provided to help users connect. VSE SVOI does not guarantee matches, relationships, attendance, a particular response, identity, personal suitability, or successful outcomes.

A verification indicator, if provided, refers to completion of a particular verification process and does not guarantee someone’s identity, character, legal eligibility, honesty or safety. Exercise judgment when interacting online or in person.

4. Profiles, Content and License

You retain rights you own in content you submit, including profile photos, descriptions, messages and event listings. You grant VSE SVOI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt for technical formatting and otherwise process that content solely to operate, secure, promote within the Services and improve the functionality of the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. This license ends when the content is deleted from the live Services, except for permitted temporary backups and lawful retention.

You represent you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law. Do not upload another person’s photo or confidential information without authorization. Other users may view or capture content you make available to them; we cannot control their actions.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: harass, threaten, exploit, stalk or discriminate against others; post sexually exploitative, unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive content; solicit minors; impersonate people or create fake accounts; use the Services for trafficking, unlawful commercial solicitation, spam, scams or unauthorized advertising; distribute malware; scrape, crawl or automate swiping or messaging without authorization; interfere with the Services; evade suspensions; or collect other users’ personal information without consent.

Users are responsible for their own conversations and decisions to meet. Never send money or sensitive identification information to strangers because of a profile or chat. If you feel unsafe, stop communicating, use the available reporting and blocking tools, and contact local authorities in emergencies.

Matching, Likes and Referrals

The Services may limit daily likes or other features. Where offered, daily likes and referral rewards are governed by the rules displayed in the app. Each eligible unique invited person may qualify for a referral reward only once; fraudulent, automated or self-referrals may be excluded. We may change limits and eligibility rules, subject to applicable law.

We may invalidate fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, automated activity or rewards obtained through abuse. A like or match does not create a right to communicate or receive a response.

7. Messaging, Reporting and Enforcement

Messages are communications between users and must comply with these Terms. Users may report suspected abuse and provide supporting information. We evaluate reports using the information available to us, but we do not routinely review all private communications or guarantee that every message will be inspected.

We may investigate based on available evidence, warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, decline event listings, or remove content where permitted. We may respond to urgent threats or legal requests as required or permitted by law. Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Events and Third-Party Organizers

The Services allow users to discover, request to attend, join and propose events, subject to available features and organizer controls. Unless an event is clearly identified as an official VSE SVOI event, a user-created event is independently organized by its listed organizer and not hosted, supervised or certified by VSE SVOI. Administrative approval of a listing means permission to publish, not an endorsement or safety inspection.

Organizers are responsible for event legality, accurate descriptions, permissions, safety, staffing, admission requirements, accessibility where required, age restrictions, ticketing, refunds and venue operations. Before submitting an event for publication, organizers must accept the separate Event Organizer Agreement at https://vsesvoi.com//event-organizer-agreement. That agreement supplements these Terms and governs organizer responsibilities.

An event may link to an external tickets website. Purchases, refunds or disputes with third-party ticket providers or organizers are governed by their applicable terms. VSE SVOI is not responsible for an independent organizer’s acts or omissions to the extent permitted by law. Official VSE SVOI events may carry additional posted conditions.

Safety and Real-World Meetings

Use caution when communicating or meeting other users. Arrange initial meetings in public, tell someone you trust where you are going, and make your own decisions about transportation and personal safety. VSE SVOI does not conduct comprehensive criminal background checks unless explicitly stated for a particular service. We do not guarantee that users or events are safe.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, including responsibilities imposed by applicable consumer-protection and safety laws.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Services may contain advertisements or links to websites, venues, ticket sellers, or services operated by others. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, charges, or practices. An advertisement does not by itself constitute an endorsement. If advertisers or partners provide promotions, additional conditions may apply.

11. Availability, Changes and Termination

We may modify features, limit access, perform maintenance or discontinue portions of the Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, security risks, fraud or other legitimate grounds, subject to applicable law. You may request account deletion through the app. Deletion includes a 90-day restoration interval, followed by permanent erasure from live systems and up to seven additional days for rolling database backups, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Material changes to these Terms will be disclosed as legally required.

Disclaimers and Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE MATCHING, EVENT ATTENDANCE, OR USER CONDUCT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PROFILES, MESSAGES OR THIRD-PARTY EVENT INFORMATION ARE ACCURATE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VSE SVOI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SERVICES.

These provisions do not exclude or limit liability that applicable law prohibits excluding, including for intentional misconduct or other nonwaivable rights.

Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where the laws of another jurisdiction apply mandatorily. Subject to applicable law and any nonwaivable consumer rights, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction located in Illinois. Before initiating formal proceedings, you may contact support@vsesvoi.com to seek an informal resolution. This does not waive any legal right, statutory protection, or mandatory filing deadline.

14. Intellectual Property

The VSE SVOI names, logos, visual design, software and other service materials are owned by VSE SVOI or its licensors, except for user-owned content. Except as expressly allowed by law or these Terms, you may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, reproduce or commercially exploit our Services or intellectual property without written permission.

Contact, Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply to the extent lawful. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable Event Organizer Agreement form the relevant agreements for the features you use.
